The hotel we stayed in at xmas was somewhat clean, and staffed by friendly, helpful staff. Parking was feasible with both private spaces and spots on the road. The hotel was situated within walking distance of the beach and close to train tracks, but the noise wasn't that bad.

We went to see parco del gelso and Sand Nativity nearby. Everything met the demands. It took 10 minutes to reach Polo Est on foot...

This hotel is located just a few blocks away from the beach, making it very convenient for those looking to spend their days by the ocean. the rooms are clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. the staff may not speak fluent English, but they make an effort to communicate and make guests feel welcome. parking is available both on the hotel grounds and on the road leading to the hotel, providing ease of access for those with vehicles.
The hotel's location near the railroads may result in some noise disturbances, although it is not overly disruptive.

Over Easter, I stayed at a hotel near the beach that was a few blocks away from the main road. It was well-kept and very clean. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make us feel like we were at home. The best part was that there was parking available, either on the road leading to the hotel or in some space right next to it. It was a great base for visiting Rimini and other places nearby.
The hotel was quite old and basic. While it was close to the railroads, the noise wasn't too noticeable, although it might be bothersome for some people.
